From hi-lo hems to floor sweeping maxi’s, skirts are definitely having a moment. One of my favorite versions by far is this vintage metallic Evan Picone skirt spotted at Lily Kai Vintage Boutique. Pretty pleats were all over the spring ’12 runways and I honestly can’t think of a more appealing or versatile (Hello, day to night!) skirt option than this one.
Wondering how to style it? Fashion blogger and stylist Joy Adaeze of Joy Loves Fashion shows us how it’s done! She works a shimmery H&M skirt with a lively combination of color and print that’s so unexpected and totally perfect.

Omg! This skirt is everything <3
I need that skirt in my life!!

Glad you chose her because she looks great in this metallic skirt!
Beautiful Skirt.. On the look for one now!!
This Evan Picone is one of my favorites! I was so excited when I came across it. Joy looks amazing and I love how she paired it with floral and animal print…so chic!
Wish I could wear pleated skirts. The pleats always end up onesided on me. I think one half of me is higher than the other
Great skirt though
